"Making sure you live your life to the fullest"
Angie Sauer, CADC, MACS
Angie Sauer is a certified alcohol and drug counselor with over 18 years of experience working in the field. She has over 10 years of experience providing couples counseling and is experienced providing mental health consultations.
Angie also has extensive experience in serving those with mental health and substance abuse challenges and has facilitated individual, family, and group therapy sessions/consultations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has worked with different groups such as women, men, adolescents, and children.
Angie believes in a holistic (all around) approach. It is important to acknowledge that conditions of mental health and addictions are experienced in the body. Addressing/Treating only the mind or the body brings the person relief, but it does not address the issues that caused the pain in the first place. Angie believes that it is important to treat the root cause and source of suffering so that the person can have a 2nd Chance to a better life.
